Given that our clientele often communicates in a blend of Flemish, French, and English, we consistently use English for all our communications to ensure clarity and uniformity.

Our Champagne Wall is perfect for various events. Depending on the size and type you choose, it can be set up for receptions, company anniversaries, product launches, weddings, corporate receptions, fashion shows, award ceremonies, gala dinners, seasonal parties, outdoor festivals, and even grand celebrations like large corporate events and extravagant weddings. 

For most if not all clients, the standard size is the optimal choice.

We suggest the compact size primarily for venues with limited space.

The large size is ideally tailored for expansive private or corporate gatherings.

Yes, our Champagne Wall can be set up outdoors. However, if the chosen location is outside, we do ask for a backup indoor location to be provided. 

 We offer a range of options:

• Budget-Friendly Option: €15 per bottle (Cava or Prosecco).
• Standard Option: €35 per bottle.
• Premium Option: €60 per bottle.
• Custom Option: Price varies based on your selected bottle.

Our most popular choice to date is the budget-friendly option. If your caterer doesn't require you to source drinks exclusively from them, we can more often than not offer a more cost-effective option.

For a one-hour reception with approximately 100 guests, we anticipate a consumption of 50 to 150 glasses and 10 to 30 bottles.

Should you choose to rent glasses and purchase bottles from us, rest assured, we'll provide sufficient quantities of both.

Yes, you can opt to provide your own champagne bottles and glasses. If you choose this option, we won't handle empty glass collection. Just ensure you inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. 

While our staff is mostly concealed behind the wall, they dress in black or white trousers, white shirts, and possibly a green apron (without branding) to maintain a professional appearance. 

The staff members will be barely noticable.

We understand you're considering hiring the wall without our dedicated personnel possibly due to budget constraints. While this is an option, we strongly recommend our trained staff for the following reasons: 

Maximizing Guest Experience: Having our experienced staff present ensures guests are served efficiently, especially during peak moments. This helps in creating a seamless and delightful champagne experience for all. 

Entertainment: Our personnel are skilled not only in serving but also in engaging guests, turning the act of giving a champagne glass into a show in itself. Their ability to use "the hand" effectively adds a touch of flair and entertainment to the event.
